To reserve a Cabin we require a deposit of one night's rent + tax. We will accept a credit card for the deposit. Deposits are refundable if we have a 48 hour notice, if you cancel after that time a refund will depend on whether we can re-rent your cabin. Exceptions: Holidays, Events, Weekends, and the busy seasons. A refund will hinge on re-rental, less the service charge. For Multiple night rentals we ask for payment in full at check in especially weekends, holidays, busy seasons, or event weekends.
